Take a look at the Availability page as a first check, then please contact the booking agents using our contact form or using the details below (box under "Enquiries") to confirm the availability of your preferred dates. 

Please advise us when making your booking if you want to bring a dog.

Please also take the time to read the Conditions of booking (click to download), as we ask for your signed acceptance of these on the booking form.

Print out and complete the booking form (click to download), plus Dog owners form (click to download), if applicable, and send both to us with the appropriate deposit.    
The deposit is one-third of the rental, for bookings made more than six weeks ahead.  If the booking is for a period within six weeks, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Full details appear on the booking form; please note especially that payments must be made by cheque payable to “Applethwaite Lodges limited ” and that we do not accept credit or debit cards.   We must receive your completed forms and deposit or full balance within four days, in order to hold your required dates, otherwise these will be released. 

Once your booking form is received, we will acknowledge, send a receipt and confirm the date by which the balance must be paid (minimum six weeks prior to the start of your holiday) for advance bookings.

On receipt of your balance, we will send full directions and any special instructions regarding keys.

Should you wish to bring your horse, please contact the Booking Agents to discuss arrangements and cost.
